Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Pretoria typically receive orders within 3-5 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. Orders over R500 qualify for FREE delivery. For orders under R500, standard shipping starts at R50. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We’re working on expanding to other African countries soon — stay tuned!
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full card details. Your payment security is our top priority.
Are prices shown in Rands (ZAR)?
Yes, all prices on Sage are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). What you see is what you pay — no hidden currency conversions.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories. Some items like personal care products may not be eligible for returns.
How do I return an item?
Contact our support team at support@sageco.co.za with your order number. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
Products & Stock
Are your products genuine?
Yes! We carefully select and verify all products. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity for every item we sell.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are marked on the product page. You can sign up for email notifications to be alerted when the item is back in stock.
Do products come with a warranty?
