Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this to track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
Returns Policy
14-Day Return Policy: Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- All tags and accessories must be attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
Non-Return Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Underwear and swimwear
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return
- Email us at support@sageco.co.za with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier point
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Received a damaged item?
We’re sorry if that happens! Contact us within 48 hours with photos
of the damage, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
